For completed motion pictures seeking distribution, please complete and print our Producer's Submission Release Form and send it with a screening copy of your film (in either VHS tape or DVD video formats) to our Mailing Address along with copies of your existing One-Sheet and other promotional materials.
We are happy to accept delivery for packages which are sent by FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail Delivery, but please make a note of any delivery tracking numbers for your future reference.
Please call us +1.323.733.1000 between 10 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, to make sure your film was received by us and that we have set a date for an in-house screening. You may also e mail us at Acquisitions@LongTale.com
Once we screen your film, our Acquisitions Director will call you to follow up with our impressions, and then we will discuss your marketing goals for the film, our process of finding and negotiating licensing sales across distribution platforms, what is needed to complete motion picture deliveries, and how we arrange for the accurate reporting and the world-wide collection of the Producer's Revenue.
If LongTale can satisfy your marketing goals, then we will discuss the terms for the LongTale Producer's Representation Agreement.
Once all agree to let LongTale, LLC, represent your picture, we will strategically 'roll-out wide’ with your film to expose it to the Marketplace by screening it for the press, studios, mini-majors, and independent international and domestic distribution companies.
At the same time, we will coordinate your Public Relations efforts to encourage early Audience demand for your motion picture.
Finally, we will oversee the tracking and collection of royalties and advances on your behalf, using the experience that we have developed to ensure world-wide compliance with your licensing terms.
PLEASE NOTE:
Because the entertainment market changes frequently, to support on-demand screenings of your motion picture, we can not return submitted screener samples.
